Thank you for shopping Twenty23 Candles.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  RETURNS / REFUNDS:  You have 15 days to return an item from date of purchase.  To be eligible for a return or refund, your item(s) must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you purchased it.  Your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  Refunds will be applied in the form of the original payment.
